Some key features that I find useful in a CRM include:

email tracking
lead tracking
projects, tasks, appts. and notes
Customer information
Support ticket integration

I have tested many CRM’s to run my business and some include more features than others. Some of them have been great but too expensive or very confusing to use, others have been missing components I need for my business. One important key feature I need for my business is customer support tracking where my clients can email me questions, or tasks, etc. and these go into a support portal that I can track. The one I use is called Freshdesk. With this said, I have been using Freshsales by Freshworks.
